Refunds and Disputes
What is refundable, how long it takes, and what to do about a charge that does not look right.

What this covers
Milesleft sells access to a subscription service. There are no physical goods, nothing is shipped and there is nothing to return, so this policy deals with money rather than parcels. Prices are in US dollars and include VAT at 20%.
When you get a refund
Within 14 days of subscribing
Cancel within 14 days of first subscribing and we refund that payment. Where you asked us to start the service straight away and acknowledged that the cancellation right ends once the service is fully performed — the two separate boxes you ticked at checkout — we deduct only the proportion you actually used, and refund the rest. Full detail on the cancellation rights page.
Within 14 days of any renewal
We give a fresh 14-day window after every renewal, as a contractual commitment. Cancel within 14 days of a renewal and that renewal payment is refunded, less only what you used in those 14 days. You do not need a reason.
When the service does not do what it should
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, you have statutory remedies — repair or replacement and, where those are not possible or are not done in a reasonable time, a price reduction which may be up to the full amount. Tell us what went wrong and we will put it right or refund you. These rights cannot be excluded, and nothing on this site tries to.
When we get the billing wrong
A duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge at the wrong price is refunded in full, immediately, as soon as we can see it. You do not need to argue about it.
When we change or withdraw something
If we materially reduce what a paid plan gives you, or withdraw the service, we refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.
When you do not get a refund
- Part-months after the 14-day windows have passed. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for; that period is not refunded.
- Unused monthly allowance. Allowance measures service usage — it is not money, not stored value, not redeemable for cash and not transferable, and it expires at the end of each month.
- Accounts closed for a serious or repeated breach of the acceptable use policy.
- Disagreement with a read-out. It is an estimate from a photograph, and the AI notice sets out plainly what it can and cannot know. If you think it is malfunctioning rather than merely disagreeing with you, tell us — that is a quality question and it is covered above.
How refunds are paid
- Always by the same method you paid with. We cannot send it anywhere else.
- Within 14 days of us accepting the cancellation, and usually within three working days.
- Nothing is deducted for administration, and there is no restocking fee of any kind.
- How long it then takes to appear depends on your bank, typically three to five working days.
How to ask
Write to support@drewbradyco.shop with the date and amount, or call +44 1204 854800 Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK time. Billing questions that arrive before 15:00 UK time on a working day are answered the same day. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no form.
A charge you do not recognise
Subscriptions renew automatically, and we always email a reminder before a renewal, so an unexpected charge is usually a renewal you had forgotten. Check your email for that reminder first. If it still does not make sense, write to us with the date and the amount and we will trace it the same working day.
Card disputes and chargebacks
You are entitled to raise a dispute with your bank or card issuer, and nothing here affects that right. In practice it is slower than asking us: a chargeback takes weeks, and we can usually refund within three working days.
If a dispute is raised we will provide the record of the subscription, the acknowledgements given at checkout and the reminder emails sent. If the disputed amount turns out to be something we should not have charged, we say so.
We do not close accounts for raising a dispute, and we do not charge a fee for one.
If we cannot agree
Write to us first. If you are still not satisfied you keep every right you have as a consumer under United Kingdom law, including the right to bring a claim in the courts. We are not a member of any alternative dispute resolution scheme and do not offer one.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
