What this service is
Milesleft is a subscription information service. It estimates, from photographs you upload, how much cushioning, surface, cuff grip and moisture handling is left in a pair of socks, which of those is likely to run out first, roughly how many wears remain, which signs of age do not shorten what is left, and the conditions under which a pair should be retired even though it has not torn.
It does not sell socks or any other goods. It does not provide a foot, podiatric, medical or any other health service, and it makes no health judgement of any kind. It does not evaluate brands, reach conclusions about the quality of any product, or provide purchasing advice. It is not a testing or certification body, and the output is an estimate rather than a test result.
Governing law
The contract between you and the company is governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and if you are a consumer resident outside the United Kingdom you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
